North Sikkim, on the other hand, is famous for its breathtaking high-altitude destinations like Lachung, Lachen, Yumthang Valley, and Gurudongmar Lake.

Gangtok Highlights:

North Sikkim Attractions:

  4. Yumthang Valley – Also called the “Valley of Flowers,” it’s famous for its scenic meadows.
  5. Zero Point (Yumesamdong) – The last accessible point near the Indo-China border, covered in snow most of the year.

Best Time to Visit:

  • March to May (Spring/Summer) – Best for flowers and pleasant weather.
  • October to December (Autumn/Winter) – Best for snow and clear mountain views.

Itinerary

Day-1:-Journey Start from Sealdah.

Our Journey Will Stars From Home Railway station Sealdah to NJP.

Day-2: Njp to Gangtok

Pickup from NJP/siliguri/Bagdogra airport then drive for Gangtok. reach gangtok. check in to hotel. evening spent at mg marg. night stay at gangtok.

Day 3 : Gangtok to Lachen

After breakfast checkout and drive for Lachen. Inroute visit seven sister falls, naga falls, Thangu valley. Then check in to Lachen homestay. night stay at Lachen.

Day 4: Lachen to Lachung

After breakfast checkout and drive for Shree “Gurudongmar lake”(Kala Pathar on Extra cost) and cover all view point of Lachen then return to Lachen drive for Lachung. reach Lachung check-in to Homestay. Night stay at Lachung.

Day5: Lachung to Gangtok

After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Yumthang valley (zero point & Mt. katao on Extra cost permit basis). then return to homestay checkout and drive back to gangtok. reach gangtok checkin to hotel. Night stay at Gangtok.

Day 6: Exploring Gangtok

After breakfast proceed for Tsmngo (Changu lake) & Baba mandir sightseeing (Nathula pass on permit basis on paying extra cost). then return to Gangtok. Night stay at Gangtok.

Day 7 : gangtok to Njp/ Bagdogra

After breakfast check out and drive for New Jalpaiguri/Siliguri/Bagdogra airport

Day-8:- Good Bye

Drop at Sealdah in the morning with sweet & beautiful memories.
